Dash HID B7 does not connect to internet

Dash HID B7 successfully connects to the network, but then gives error message "your device is not connected to the internet". I have reset it to factory settings, unregistered, re-registered and still no success.

This usually means that it is not setup correctly on the sony servers. It is not you. It happens to me about ever 6 months. The setup goes "poof"

it is December 21st , 2014, i have read the other posts regarding my Dash, and i have the same issue as people have from feb 2012... did anyone get any answers yet ?
