DVD Creation - Help Desperately needed!

Hi all,

I just completed a feature and I wanted to include a WMVHD version of the movie on the dvd as a bonus feature when put into the computer. Obviously this is going to be a dual layer disc, but unfortunately, the WMVHD is larger than 2GB. I was wondering if there was any possible, conceivable way for me to put a file this big on a DVD-Video. I have tried a bunch of programs and none of them seem to let me.

The only time i successfully got it on the disc is when i did a DVD-ROM(UDF) in Nero, but that won't play on set-top players. Do you know any other ways? I would really love to be able to get this on the DVD.

When I have purchased DVDs that had an SD version and a HD version using WMV they were two separate disks. This may have been due to wanting to use all the space available to get the best image or it may be due to technical limitations.

You could render it in two halves to two separate files. Each would be less than 2GB, well, assuming your original file was less than 4. Or use 3 files if necessary, or 4. Pick good places to break and your audience won't be too fussy about it.
