netflix problem in tv kdl-42w650a not recognize account

Good afternoon

estimates, please your help, I have a sony tv kdl-42w650a, which use long account netflix without any problem, but change my Netflix account and I can log in without any problem on my phone, computer, tablets etc. ... but when entering the data into the tv tells me not correspond to any account created on netflix, like mail and password does not exist on Netflix, and enter the menu to apply initial settings, try also reset factory tv with remote control by pressing the button up but the power button did not work, I hope I can help

You may need to double check the users account information and password if it's correctly signed in. You can also try signing in to a Netflix account using a computer that is connected to the Internet and try deactivating/reconnecting the device to your Netflix account.
