Sony case E61889950, TV is Broken and 3 weeks after no decent response from Sony on how to return it

I have called Sony 4 times, TV is Broken but Sony cannot give me a concrete answer on what I need to do to return my TV reibursemant since I do not want to deal with terrible Customer Service that cannot arrange a repair in more than 3 week.
