What a joke Sony's customer support is. I've been a sony lifer, and this very expensive tv goes bad in 2 years. Sony offers me a 15% discount off of a non-4k tv. What a joke. Then I can't even get a response about where I should send the recipt. I am blown away that they would'nt replace the TV or atleast give me a fait solution. Sony does not stand for what it used to. I have never owned another brand of tv in my life, and I will now never buy a sony again if something is not done to fix this situation.

Hopefully someone gets back to me soon. I am amazed at what a terrible solution yurif offered me. 15% is a slap in the face
