Sony Image Data Converter

Post » Sun Nov 29, 2015 12:37 am

Hi, I rarely use RAW, but took some ****** in RAW mode with my A55, and when I display them using the Sony Image Data Converter, it puts grey bands on the sides. I can't figure out what that is or what it means, and can't find anything in the help. Can anyone enlighten me on what the grey side borders are?

Thanks,

KR

Those are areas of the window that don't contain any image or controls. They're outside the aspect ratio of the image, but the window size and shape has room left over.

1 The Lens is the Thing
2 'Full Frame' is the new 'Medium Format'
