my sony dsc hx 300 is showing E:62:10 on its screen what has happened with it? what I should do next

Today I had the same problem occurs. I researched the subject on the internet I could not find much of anything. I started after I took two slap camera lens from the side and the problem was solved.

Same issue with my HX50V. A couple of sharp taps and the problem fixed itself. It would be interesting to hear from Sony why this seems to work so frequently, and if so, what they're doing about it.
