Vaio Care Rescue at Startup

I just purchased a new Vaio laptop yesterday. Upon starting it for the first time, I get the sony care rescue program starting. If I exit, I can get to windows. But, this recscue program starts every time I start the computer.

When I turn on my computer, I want to go right to windows. How can I stop this rescue program from starting every time I turn on my computer??

VAIO Care is designed to only remind you to create a set of recovery software at initial start up. have you created your Recovery software yet? If you cannot change your VAIO care settings contact us and let us help you correct your settings.

I just purchased a VAIO VPCEF34FX yesterday and I am anxious to load programs into it.
Before I do that I want to make a System Recovery Rescue Disk.
The creating of a rescue disk for System Recovery is not clear to me and I want to make sure I click on the right options.
If someone could provide the step by step procedure, I would be grateful.
They did a poor job of defining the methodology. My HP Pavilion was simple compared to this.

Am I better off using GHOST in the future for backing up everything?
