BDP S3500 Where Do I Connect My Headphones?

I have a new BDP S3500 and Sennheiser headphones. Where is the connection on the Sony Blu ray to connect to them? They are working through the TV but when I want to listen to a disk or watch a movie on a Flashdrive, the sound does not come through..

Can I use USB Stereo Audio Adapter, C-Media Chipset, RoHS???????
