Xbr hx959 Horrible customer service Event ID: E62592819

ended up with the dreaded xbr hx 950 horiztonal line issue. After calling in, I went through the process and was told I am elgible for advanced exchange. The CSR offered me a store demo unit, and did not specfy which model and was unable to provide any other information. I have an Event ID number in case anyone here works for Sony and can help me out. What exactly am I qualified to recieve for the troubles I'm having with what was supposed to be FLAGSHIP tv worth over $3000 dollars
